Adjustment Kit

Procedure to set up the Adjustment Kit at Explosive Atmosphere

1. Turn the equipment and main switch off;

2. Disconnect the feeding cable;

3. Disassembly and take the old level control system out (except piping);

4. Assembly nipple of 3/8" x 1/2" in the aluminum box;

5. Assembly elbow de 1/2" x 45º of the adapter above;

6. Assembly vertical tube of 1/2";

7. Assembly elbow of 1/2" x 90º;

8. Assembly horizontal tube of 1";

9. Explosion proof electric connection assembly;

10. Place leveling key;

11. Bore the filter neck with drill of 22 mm at the found position (this task requires special cares, since there can be gas inside the reservoir. For this reason, it must be filled with water or inert gas before starting the drilling operation);

12. Assembly level key, at condulente box, through a drill executed at the prior item and fixes it with the help of 2 nuts 1/2" wit join at both side of neck plate;

13. Do electric bond according to diagram;

14. Assembly cap of 3/8" at old eletrofloat tube.

Comments

1. All assemblies must be made with 1st line sealing, in order to prevent leakage ;

2. Remember that you are working in a risk area and all specific safety requirement should be followed;

3. Test if the kit is working before delivering it to the customer.
